Internal PLB Group Marketing Brief

Thank you for taking to complete our internal marketing brief.

Please note that we require a 12 week lead time to implement individual marketing requests, and we ask that you send through your new campaign briefs 16 weeks in advance to allow appropriate lead times.

We also require all of the below information to be completed to the best of your ability, so each request can be properly understood. Marketing will meet with all Department Managers each week to discuss current marketing proposals, to determine which are best suited to our overall marketing strategy and plan.

If your marketing request is received within the required lead time period, please note that we may not be able to complete your request.

What booking instructions and booking codes do you have to go with this particular campaign? Please provide as much information as possible.

Please explain in as much detail as possible the offer and concept for this campaign, and why you think it will work well.

What will the food offering be (provide menu, or further information)?

What will the drinks offering be (provide menu, or further information)?

How many sittings are you intending on?

What is the purpose of the campaign? For example is it to drive more bookings, fill the gap of a low period, build brand awareness etc.

Please provide details of all marketing collateral required (i.e. posters, social media tiles, flyers, menus etc)

What is your approved budget for the campaign? (please note that we cannot commence on producing marketing collateral until we are aware of budgets).

What is the expected return on investment for the event? Please note that we will only proceed with campaigns that expect to deliver a positive return on investment. Please provide the following numbers and information;
