Please note that we require a 12 week lead time to implement individual event requests, and we ask that you send through your new event briefs 16 weeks in advance to allow appropriate lead times.

What is the event name?

What is the event date/s and location?

What booking instructions and booking codes do you have to go with this particular event? Please provide as much information as possible. Will there be tickets, and how will they be sold?

Please explain in as much detail as possible the concept for this event, and why you think it will work well.

What will the food offering be (provide menu, or further information)?

What will the drinks offering be (provide menu, or further information)?

How many sittings are you intending on?

What is the purpose of the event? For example is it to drive more bookings, fill the gap of a low period, build brand awareness etc.

Please provide details of all marketing collateral required (i.e. posters, social media tiles, flyers, menus etc)

What is your approved budget for the event? Who has approved this budget, and from which cost centre? (please note that we cannot commence on producing marketing collateral until we are aware of budgets).
