Thank you for taking the time to complete this artwork request form.

Please note that we require all artwork to have been signed off with your line manager prior to this brief form being completed.

Please send our team any attachments, mockups, inspiration or ideas through to our email account to support your request – marketing@plbgroup.com.au.

Next steps;
1) Please allow 7-10 days for us to review your request, and place it into the production schedule.

2) Once your artwork is in our production schedule you will receive confirmation form our team to advise turnaround times for your artwork.

3) Artwork will be supplied as per your brief for approval.

4) Once you provide final sign-off we can arrange final art files, or printing.

5) The invoice will be sent to you for approval and payment.
